As a nationwide NDIS provider we deliver person-centred services including Supported Independent Living (SIL) and tailored disability support. Our approach is led by the heart and grounded in mindfulness self-care and community well-ness.
Were currently seeking casual Disability Support Workers to join our team and provide active overnight support in a 1:1 female SIL home. These shifts are ideal for those who prefer working through the night and want to make a real difference.
About the role
Youll support participants with:
- Provide overnight supervision and assistance
- Support personal care and hygiene routines
- Assist with medication management
- Promote emotional wellbeing and independence
- Maintain a safe positive environment
What Youll Need:
- At least 2-years experience in disability or youth support
- NDIS Screening/Yellow Card
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Comfortable with personal care and flexible shift work
Great to Have:
- Cert IV in mental health or equivalent
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with complex behaviours and mental health
- Tech-savvy and organised
