Action Behavior Centers is seeking a Charges Specialist I to join our Revenue Cycle team!

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous job experience
- 1-2 years of medical record/auditing experience highly preferred
- Proactive and positive team player with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite
What you will be doing at ABC:
- Assign Correct Billing Codes
- Ensure codes match both the providers documentation and insurance requirements.
- Approve charges for claim submission - Central Reach
- Double-check that all patient provider and insurance details are correct.
- Verify Insurance Requirements
- Make sure services are covered and meet payer-specific billing rules to reduce claim denials.
- Identify and fix issues like duplicate charges incorrect codes or missing authorizations.
