Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our fully accredited Home Health program which is dedicated to enhancing patient well-being by delivering personalized care in the comfort of their homes-reducing the need for this vital role you will help patients achieve their goals through strength and flexibility training muscle re-education balance and gait improvement pain management and the use of orthotic and prosthetic devices. As part of our collaborative and Home Health interdisciplinary youll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day while enjoying a rewarding and fulfilling career. Schedule: Flexible scheduling options available up to 1.0 FTE (40 hours/week) Day Shift.

What youll need:
- Current Physical Therapist WA State license in good standing
- BLS/CPR certification active prior to start
- Graduate of an approved PT program with a BS PT MPT MS PT or DPT
- Valid Washington State drivers license and proof of auto insurance
- Two years experience in an outpatient setting and/or one year inpatient or SNF preferred
