Full-Time In-Clinic Relocation to TX AZ IL MN NC

Were hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts who are ready to relocate to Texas Arizona Minnesota Illinois or North Carolina to make a difference. What We Offer

Competitive Salary: $78000 to $102000. Ability to earn 110K or more per year with base bonus and ownership incentive with strong performance- Dependent on offer BCBA level.

Monthly Bonuses: Bonuses kick in at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week meaning youll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify

Long-Term Incentives: $10000 or more per year once you reach Sr. BCBA or higher through our Citizenship Program.

Relocation Support: Well help move you so you can check that state off your bucket list.

Work-From-Home Flexibility: 3 remote days each month based on KPIs and clinic needs.

Manageable Caseloads: Typically 5.5 clients with a max caseload of 8 so youre set up for success not burnout.

Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring our leaders Chief Clinical Officer Dr. Charna Mintz. Drs. Linda LeBlanc Dr. Patricia Wright Dr. Gregory Hanley Dr. Dorothea Lerman Dr. Malika Pritchett Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri

Continuing Education. 10free CEUs per year in-house extra funds to attend additional trainings and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.

  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans that are clinically sound and engaging

  • Supervise and Mentor RBTs to support consistent high-quality care

  • Collaborate with Families to set goals track progress and celebrate growth

  • Deliver Evidence-Based Therapy in a supportive play-focused environment
