The Opportunity

Were launching a dedicated Business to Business SMB Sales team in partnership with Amazon Key bringing a unique smart security solution to your local small businesses. If youre a motivated goal-oriented professional who loves meeting people where they live this role is built for you.

What Youll Do

  • Engage businesses face-to-face through local canvassing and local events to promote Amazon Keys smart security product powered by Amazon Ring.
  • Installing smart security products as per the business requirements
  • Train coach and energize team of sales reps to perform at exemplary levels
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for your team
  • Leverage a territory lead list and your own prospecting to build a robust sales funnel.
  • Identify customer needs tailor solutions and close sales while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Visit prospects to process orders ensure service activation and follow up for referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records in Sales Rabbit and participate in weekly team huddles to share best practices and track goals.
  • Represent OSL and Amazon with optimism empathy and integrity at every doorstep.

Keys to Success

  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives on achieving (and smashing) targets.
  • 3 years leading multisite or territorybased sales teams (retail solar security B2B or D2D channel).
  • Resilient roadwarrior comfortable travelling and working evenings/weekends to match customer availability.
  • Powerful communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets while maintaining toptier customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced coaching and performancemanagement
  • Outgoing relationship-builder who is energized by helping people.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills; comfortable working independently.
  • Valid drivers license clean driving record and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather and covering varied terrain.
  • Sales customer-service hospitality or canvassing experience is an asset.

Physical & Technical Requirements

  • Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
  • Proficiency with mobile devices (iPad/iPhone) and CRM software
  • Experience with tools is a strong asset
  • Experience with technology installation is a strong asset

Compensation Structure

  • Base salary uncapped commission paid per service unit activated.
  • Additional incentives contests and referral bonuses available.
