Compensation:In accordance with California law the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
About the Program:The Family Based Services program is an intensive team approach to community based services engaging individuals with complex needs aimed to support the client in remaining in the least restrictive living environment restore adaptive functioning in the home and strengthen the use of coping strategies and support system. This program targets families with DCFS involvement and/or youth on formal probation.
Role Summary:We are currently seeking a dedicated Mental Health Services Provider to deliver comprehensive mental health services ensuring exceptional client care. As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team you will contribute to creating a healthy therapeutic and safe environment for clients. Responsibilities include facilitating intensive family-centered and community-based services for children adolescents and their families. This position serves as the Lead of the Child and Family Team with a commitment to confidentiality regulatory compliance and professional growth you will play a key role in promoting the well-being of the clients we serve. - Schedule:Monday-Friday 10:00am- 7:00pm with a flex Friday off 10:00am-6:00pm

(Flexible with various locations providing services in Spa 4 & 6)
This Facilitator position will provide services to community-based clients for our Wraparound Approach Wraparound program is an intensive team approach to community-based services engaging individuals with complex needs aimed to support the client in remaining in the least restrictive living environment restore adaptive functioning in the home and strengthen the use of coping strategies and support system. This program targets families with DCFS involvement and/or youth on formal probation.
Clinical Supervision is provided with ability to earn all clinical hours towards licensure
This position does qualify towards Public Student Loan Forgiveness as a non-profit organization
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provides individual rehabilitation behavior modification case management and teaching and demonstration of activities
- Oversees clients from program admission in collaboration with the caregivers
- Develops and individualize service plans
- Assesses needs and services that will assist in the delivery of service and advocacy
- Conducts visits to homes schools and other service providers
- Manages community and family crises involving children and caregivers
- Evaluates progress of clients and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Assists in the development of comprehensive matrices ensuring strategies interventions and services are family-centered flexible and community-based
- Provides 24-hour crisis intervention which may include weekends and evenings as needed
- Documents client services in accordance with DMH and DCFS standards
- Maintains weekly service provision requirements
- Participates in administrative and clinical supervisions and meetings
Qualifications
- Masters degree in social work Psychology or Counseling is required
- Active registration or licensure with California BBS is required
- Experience in In-Home Services or work with highrisk children adolescents and their families required
- Strong clinical skills in individual family play and group therapy are required
- Good oral written and organizational skills are required
- Must possess and maintain a valid California Drivers License and a driving record acceptable to the agencys insurance carrier.
- Bilingual and bicultural skills in Spanish required
- Previous Wraparound Approach Services Program experience preferred
