Job Description
Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Interventional Radiology
Join our dedicated team at a leading healthcare facility in Springfield Ohio seeking temporary Interventional Radiology coverage. The hospital is well-equipped and offers a supportive environment for patient care. Covering adult patients you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality interventional radiology services. Experience a dynamic practice setting with a friendly and full-staffed radiology group.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide in-person interventional radiology coverage.
- Conduct general community interventional radiology procedures.
- Perform strong biopsies and address cancer-related needs.
- Collaborate with a team to manage a volume of 15-25 procedures daily.
- Participate in a call schedule available 7 days a week.
- Utilize a full Epic and PACS documentation system.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Radiology - REQUIRED
- BLS and ACLS certified - REQUIRED
- Must hold a valid Ohio Medical License - REQUIRED
- Fellowship in Nuclear or Mammography - Preferred
- Provider must have clean files to be considered.
- Ideal candidates will be located close to Ohio - Preferred
- DEA Registration - REQUIRED
License and Certification Requirements:
- Ohio Medical License - REQUIRED
- Board Certification in Radiology - REQUIRED
- BLS & ACLS Certifications - REQUIRED
- DEA Registration - REQUIRED
