Job Description
The graduate assistant should be available as needed for projects within the School of Nursing including but not limited to:
- Office work internet-based research
- Creating and updating SON documents
- Creating data bases
- Assisting administrators faculty and staff with departmental functions
- Maintaining data files both electronic and paper
- Assisting with SON events both internal and University
- Answering phones
- Greeting visitors
- Good interpersonal skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work with others in a collaborative environment
- Hours are flexible
- Up to 10 hours per week
