Responsibilities:
Gain industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments
Develop business sales financial and analytical skills needed for a career in insurance and sales
Provide sales support to commercial lines division and its team
Perform market research
Gain exposure to insurance businesses products services and carriers by supporting clients needs
Requirements:
At least 18 years of age
High School Diploma GED or equivalent education required
To be eligible candidates must be currently enrolled as a full-time student with a 3.0 or above cumulative GPA
Strong desire to gain further understanding of the commercial insurance business
Effective written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively on a team
Strong analytical skills
