We currently have a need forHub Operations Support / Key Account Specialist at our CVG Hub in Erlanger Kentucky. This position will be responsible for establishing and executing the policies and procedures necessary to ensure physical movement of cargo within the CVG Hub. The positionwill also ensure that the entire process meets customer and internal requirements and is completed in an organized efficient and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data collection of Key accounts daily
- Alert and work with CVG HUB Ops Management team to ensure each monitored account makes successful transit through the HUB.
- Must be available on on-call basis for escalations
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in logistics transportation warehouse or industry related field preferred
- Analytical mindset
- Strong communication (oral and written) skills
- Forklift trained
- Flexible shift schedule and availability for weekend shifts
