The Role
As a Physician Recruiter at PMC youll manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and advanced practice providers with the opportunity to also contribute to operations and other healthcare recruiting initiatives. Youll be a key player in shaping recruitment strategies building relationships and expanding our talent reach in rural healthcare communities.
What Youll Do
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for provider roles.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for operational positions.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
- Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs and align hiring strategies.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with passive talent.
- Contribute to recruiting efforts that support PMCs mission to deliver quality care in underserved areas.
What Were Looking For
- 3 years in physician recruitment strongly preferred.
- 5 years in healthcare recruitment required.
- Proven success in full-cycle recruitment with measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and benchmarks.
- Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
- Bachelors degree required.
