Job Description
Join Our Team as a Locum Physician - Interventional Radiology in Kittanning PA
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Interventional Radiologist to join our esteemed medical team at a leading facility in Kittanning Pennsylvania. The Northern Light Medical Management Armstrong County Memorial Hospital provides a collaborative environment blending both onsite and remote working opportunities. Our practice features state-of-the-art technology in radiology catering to a diverse patient population with various subspecialties.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform interventional radiology procedures including biopsies drainages and myelograms.
- Provide expert radiologic consultations across subspecialties such as ER MSK Neuro and more.
- Maintain high-quality patient care with a daily volume of 80-100 cases.
- Utilize EMR systems (Meditech) and PACS (Merge) for seamless patient documentation.
- Dictate imaging reports using dictation software (Fluency).
- Collaborate with fellows and junior staff to enhance their learning experiences.
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Radiology - REQUIRED
- Active Pennsylvania medical license - REQUIRED
- Current DEA Registration - REQUIRED
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage a varied schedule and adapt to different shift requirements.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Must possess an active medical license in Pennsylvania (PA).
- Board Certification in Radiology.
- Valid DEA Registration necessary for practice.
