Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Frontend React Developer who is passionate about crafting high-quality engaging user this role you will be instrumental in building and enhancing the user experience of ourAI platforms focusing on performance scalability and clean maintainable code.
What youll do:
- Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications with React.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usability.
- Get feedback from and build solutions for users and customers.
- Write functional requirement documents and guides.
- Be involved in the CI/CD process
Who you are:
- Minimum of 5 years experience with React.
- Strong expertise in TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of modern React patterns including hooks context and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with RESTful APIs and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
- Understanding of authentication flows (such as Okta)
- Strong testing practices (both unit and E2E)
- Strong problem-solving and architectural design skills
- Experience with code review and mentoring junior developers
- Experience with agile development methodologies

The Interview Process:
Every role starts the same an introductory call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. We will be looking for company and values-fit as well as your professional experience; there may be some technical role-specific questions during this call.
Every role is different after the initial call but you can expect to meet several people from the team 1:1 and there might be further skill assessments in the form of a Take Home Assignment/Case Study Presentation or Pair Programming/Live Coding exercise depending on the your initial call we will walk you through exactly what to expect the process to be.
