Job Description
Minutemen Staffing is currently Looking for Machine Operators who have Experience with CNC Metal Sheet Blueprint Stamping and Welding Experience. This is Located in the Dublin Area Monday-Friday 8am-430pm. Pay ranges based on Experience. If you are Looking for a Long Career This is the best Place.
* Inspect measure or test completed metal workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications using measuring and testing devices.
* Read blueprints work orders or production schedules to determine product or job instructions or specifications.
* Assemble align and clamp workpieces into holding fixtures to bond heat-treat or solder fabricated metal components.
* Prepare metal surfaces or workpieces using hand-operated equipment such as grinders cutters or drills.
* Turn and press knobs and buttons or enter operating instructions into computers to adjust and start welding machines.
* Start monitor and adjust robotic welding production lines.
* Observe gauges to ensure that machines are operating properly making adjustments or stopping machines when problems occur.
* Cut metal or other materials using shears or band saws.
* Measure completed workpieces to verify conformance to specifications using micrometers gauges calipers templates or rulers.
* Set up operate or tend machines to saw cut shear slit punch crimp notch bend or straighten metal or plastic material.
- Set up and operate CNC machines like lathes mills and grinders
- Write and test programs
- Use precision measuring instruments to inspect parts
- Adjust the machine to control the speed material feed and the path of the cut
- Track a product through each phase of its creation
While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop kneel crouch or crawl; talk or hear and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds frequently lift and/or move up to 100 vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
