Job Description
We are a large growing mechanical contractor in Floridathat works on many of Floridas biggest and best HVAC and Plumbing Projects. This is a full-time position with great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities. We are planning to hire Floridas best and brightest HVAC and Plumbing Superintendents in the near future.
Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe work environment and exceed OSHA requirements.
- Review submittals change orders material take offs and time sheets.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance: budget reviews project scheduling OSHA standards work rules monitoring labor project scheduling and maintain two week look ahead schedule
- Attend events job sites and meet closely with GCs owners as well as sub-contractors and MEP-Design Engineers.
Requirements:
- Local
- Stable Work History
- 6 Years of prior field experience in HVAC/Plumbing.
- Strong knowledge in: State HVAC and Plumbing Building Codes QC and OSHA Standards.
- 5 years of HVAC (wet/dry) and plumbing superintendent experience in large commercial projects.
