The Role

This role will be located in our London office and you will be responsible for providing high value dedicated support to fee earners across the business. The role sits within the Practice Support Office aimed at ensuring that our fee earners and clients receive the highest quality support and service delivery.

You will deliver support to two Partners and a group of fee earners while also contributing to the wider team in close collaboration with the Practice Support Executives following a unified one team approach. Based in our London office this role involves providing dedicated high-value support to fee earners across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with fee earners clients and their PAs coordinating regular catch-ups and ensuring follow-through on actions.
  • Provide confident and efficient support to Partners including complex diary and inbox management meeting coordination and document preparation.
  • Act as a super-user and pilot lead for new technologies and workflow tools.
  • Deliver end-to-end matter support including client/matter opening engagement letters billing coordination and closure.
  • Support business development activities such as pitch creation CV updates experience submissions and event coordination.
  • Collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and service delivery.

Key Skills and Experience

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel SharePoint and Office 365) with a commitment to ongoing training (e.g. MOS certification).
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a legal support or professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Confident communicator with experience in client-facing roles.
  • Team player with a proactive approach to diary management meeting preparation and task coordination.
  • Familiarity with tools like OneNote for team collaboration and information sharing.
