Operations Manager Industrial Inkjet Solutions


Location: Temecula CA


Compensation: $75000/year base performance bonus

The Opportunity


We are seeking a driven and strategic Operations Manager to lead and elevate the core functions that power our businessCustomer Service Technical Support/Services and Shipping/Order Fulfillment. This is a high-impact role with visibility across the organization and a direct hand in scaling operational excellence as Tourmaline enters its next phase of growth.

What Youll Own

  • Cross-Departmental Operations: Oversee the daily operations of Customer Service Technical Support/Services and Shipping/Order Fulfillment ensuring alignment with company goals and seamless execution.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable systems SOPs and tools to increase efficiency reduce costs and support growth.
  • Project & Performance Management: Drive department-wide initiatives from planning through completion. Develop and track KPIs report on progress and ensure teams are meeting benchmarks.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead mentor and grow a high-performing operations team. Foster accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales Finance and Leadership to ensure operational strategies support broader business objectives and customer success.

  • Departmental KPIs consistently met or exceeded across Customer Service Technical Support and Shipping
  • Measurable improvements in operational efficiency including reduced turnaround times and fewer bottlenecks
  • Standard operating procedures documented and adopted across all managed departments

  • Accurate and timely reporting of department metrics to leadership with actionable insights

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary: $75000 (commensurate with experience)
  • Performance bonus: Up to 10% of base salary based on achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) paid quarterly
  • $150/month flex pay stipend
  • Company-paid travel for client meetings and trade shows

Requirements

What Were Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in operational leadership with a focus on scaling processes managing teams and driving performance
  • Proven background in manufacturing distribution or logistics; experience in consumer product packaging is a plus
  • Strong track record of developing SOPs improving workflows and managing cross-functional projects to completion
  • Skilled people leader with the ability to mentor teams drive accountability and foster collaboration
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management data analysis and reporting capabilities
  • Comfortable navigating both strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced evolving environment
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Operations Management or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed to support operational alignment and team development
