Job Description
DUTIES:
Develop data standards tools and automated workflows to ensure high quality datasets enable rapid data visualization and optimize novel pharmacometric analysis and reporting workflows. Collaborate with Quantitative Pharmacology & Pharmacometrics (QP2) scientists and key partners such as bioanalytical sciences statistics statistical programming and clinical data management across therapeutic areas to drive delivery of high-quality datasets. Monitor the flow of data between complex clinical data systems and the processes surrounding that data drive creation of new data standards to enable analysis and workflow automation and implement new data initiatives (e.g. digital data). Obtain feedback from QP2 scientists and utilize this information to guide the development of new customizable pharmacometric tools user-defined data visualization dashboards and flexible analysis workflows. Build tools (e.g. RShiny apps) to streamline creation of key visualizations and statistical analyses used for diagnostics and reporting to shorten the turnaround time of deliverables. Support Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) initiatives within the department and further provide input into optimization of processes for data flow analysis and storage across the companys systems. 10% domestic travel required.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive if applicable.

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
