Job Summary
Join Our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic in Davenport IA!
We are seeking a Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to join one of the Quad-Cities oldest and largest practices with a long history of high-quality care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full-Time position Monday through Friday with call rotation to be determined.
- This is an in-person position telemedicine is NOT an option.
- Provide outpatient care focusing on Child/Adolescent psychiatry.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to offer a range of psychological psychiatric and forensic services including individual psychotherapy and medication management.
- Utilize supportive services to enhance patient care.
- Not accepting locum candidates; open to Board Eligible new graduates planning to test post-graduation.
- Clean malpractice history is preferred; current malpractice cases in Probate or requiring supervision will disqualify candidates.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency and must achieve Board Certification within 1 year of employment) or Board Certified in Psychiatry.
- Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- IA license (or willing to obtain).
- Clean Malpractice history is preferred.
- No visa support needed (J1 or H1B); not accepting providers who require sponsorship.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified in Psychiatry - REQUIRED
- Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry - REQUIRED
- Iowa state license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
- Clean malpractice - PREFERRED
