Russell Landscape is looking for a Landscape Maintenance Crew member with skills drive and pride. If youre experienced motivated and ready to grow your career in the green industry we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do:
- Lead supervise and motivate a crew of landscape professionals assigning tasks and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Manage daily operations including scheduling equipment upkeep and material planning for commercial properties.
- Ensure all maintenance workmowing trimming planting mulching and moreis done to the highest standards.
- Build strong client relationships addressing concerns and ensuring total satisfaction.
- Estimate labor and materials for upcoming projects and keep things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor crew performance coach team members and drive excellence in every detail.
- Operate landscape equipment and occasionally assist with commercial construction projects.
What You Bring:
- 3 yearsof commercial landscape maintenance experience
- Proven leadership and crew management skills
- Strong knowledge of turf plant care and commercial maintenance techniques
- Skilled in operating a wide range of landscape equipment
- Clear communication strong organizational skills and a positive problem-solving attitude
- Valid drivers license and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions

The Physical Stuff:
This role requires frequent walking bending lifting climbing and use of hands and tools. Youll be active outdoors dailyso be ready to move lead and get your hands dirty!
