Help elevate the teams capabilities through knowledge sharing process improvements and proactive
problem-solving.

Deliverables and Tasks:
Deploy manage and support scalable highly available and fault-tolerant system
o Responsible for out of hours product deployment
o Improve automatic deployment mechanisms
Determine areas for improvements to run the platform more efficiently/cost effectively.
Understand the Commcise architecture and become involved in troubleshooting/analysis of the Commcise
applications
o Answer security questionnaires from clients.
Troubleshooting production issues and implementing new functionalities.
Analyse product release notes new functionalities bug fixes code improvements breaking changes etc.
o Escalate issues to relevant teams and coordinate resolution
INTERNAL USE ONLY
o Identify appropriate use of operational best practices
Investigate and implement new features and applications
o Implement infrastructure components (Monitoring Logs Management Consolidation tools etc).
Continually improving processes with automation and documentation to remove key man dependencies
