Job Opportunity: Physician - Non-Invasive Cardiologist in Coos Bay OR

Job Responsibilities:
- Clinic rotation: Monday to Friday 8 am - 5 pm with shared call for Echo readings on weekends.
- Provide comprehensive evaluation and management services in an inpatient and outpatient setting.
- Interpret EKG Echocardiography Cardiac Nuclear Imaging and stress tests.
- Perform trans-esophageal echocardiography (TEE) and Holter/event monitor reviews.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care standards.
- Educate patients and families on health treatments and community resources.
- Document all patient care activities within the electronic medical record.
- Participate in physicians meetings and assist in policy formation as needed.
- Maintain current licenses and credentialing requirements.
- Engage in professional development and stay current with continuing medical education.
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology (Non-Invasive).
- Fellowship-trained in Cardiology.
- Clean malpractice history is essential.
- Strong preference for candidates who are Nuclear and Echo certified.
- Ability to demonstrate ties to Oregon (family or residency prior to application).
Licensure and Certification Requirements:
- Must hold an active Oregon medical license or be willing to obtain one.
- DEA registration (must be obtained prior to start).
- Copy of the NPDB self-query report is required.
