Business Development Manager Managed Network & Communication Solutions

Home-based / Hybrid

Full-time

Permanent (Up to 75k basic plus competitive bonus and car allowance)

Were looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join a high-performing Connected Services team. This role focuses on driving growth across Connectivity Networking SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) and UC&X (Unified Communications & Experience) offerings.

Its a great opportunity for someone who excels in the fast-paced tech solutions space and knows how to build trust while delivering results. The role is looking at new logo acquisition.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Identify and secure new customers across connectivity and comms solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level executives IT leaders and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with technical specialists to deliver value-driven solutions.
  • Create and execute sales strategies based on market insight and business priorities.
  • Stay current on industry shifts competitive trends and emerging technologies.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Support customer success through internal collaboration across delivery and support teams.
  • Lead bid preparation and present proposals in internal commercial review sessions.

Youll Succeed If You Have

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or business development across Connectivity Networking SASE or Unified Comms.
  • Strong understanding of technologies like MPLS SD-WAN DIA LAN/WAN VoIP Teams or Contact Centre solutions.
  • Ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and relationship management skills.
