Primary Function/General Purpose of Position
The Web Experience Manager will work closely with Digital Marketing Service Line Marketing Communications and Content Strategy to optimize the overall experience on our web properties. This role translates business objectives into actionable website experiences and improvements leading initiatives that enhance site usability and engagement with data-driven insights UX best practices and project management skills to prioritize and deliver high-quality projects on time.

Translate strategic priorities into website optimizations and/or new initiatives focused on site enhancements.

Education
Bachelors Degree required preferably in Digital Design Digital Marketing Web Design or Development or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Work Experience
5 years of experience in web design UX web production or development.
Figma Adobe XD or Sketch experience highly preferred. CMS experience as well as web analytics experience also is highly preferred.
