Were looking for adetail-oriented customer-focused Auto Parts Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether helping a weekend car enthusiast or a busy service department youll be the go-to expert for all things Audi parts.
What Youll Do:
- Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone with finding the right parts for their needs.
- Accurately read and interpret parts catalogs.
- Deliver top-tier customer service that keeps clients coming back.
- Work closely with teammates to meet sales goals and keep operations running smoothly.
- Keep the workspace clean organized and stocked.
- Juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and accuracy.
What You Bring:
- Prior retail or wholesale auto parts sales experience (preferred).
- Strong automotive knowledge; Audi or dealership background is a big plus.
- Ability to read and navigate parts catalogs like a pro.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly professional demeanor.
- Team spirit with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer skills; Tekion experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid drivers license with a clean record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
