Position Overview:
The Ventilator Unit Pulmonologist will provide specialized pulmonary care for residents requiring ventilator support consulting with the Ventilator Unit physician and APP.

Qualifications:
- Education: MD/DO
- Licensure:Active NYS Medical License
- Experience:Board Certification in Pulmonology (required)
- Soft Skills: Collaborative leadership clinical mentorship
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pulmonary evaluations and recommend treatment plans.
- Provide input on ventilator weaning and management.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal resident outcomes.
