Job Description

Senior Project Manager International Regulatory Affairs

San Jose CA / Flower Mound TX

Stryker is hiring a Senior Project Manager International Regulatory Affairs to expand global access to our Endoscopy division product portfolio within this strategic leadership role you will oversee the development and execution of complex market access strategies leveraging advanced project management practices in areas such as regulatory quality risk procurement and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate closely with business unit and cross functional leadership regulatory teams and global partners to drive alignment ensure compliance and deliver high-impact results.


What you will do:

  • Partner with Business Unit leadership to define and manage program scope including contributing to the development of a detailed Work Breakdown Structure.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project Gantt charts. Collaborate with Project Managers on major workstreams and interdependent milestones while owning your teams program schedule.
  • Lead the implementation of risk management strategies and tools to ensure proactive identification tracking and resolution of project risks.
  • Evaluate and prioritize programs and projects within the portfolio to optimize staffing resolve resource conflicts and monitor staff utilizationfocusing on initiatives that drive the highest business value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels developing strategies to effectively manage diverse expectations and requirements.
  • Execute a clear and effective communications strategy for executive leadership focusing on progress toward business goals efficient resource use and proactive management of risks and issues.

What you need:
Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Science Engineering or a related field
  • 10years of experience in a regulated environment (Medical Device Pharmaceutical Biomedical or Automotive).
  • Experience leading and developing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP certification or strong project management experience.

$168500.00 - $286500.00 salary plus bonus eligible benefits. Individual pay is based on skills experience and other relevant factors.

Travel Percentage: 20%
