Position Overview:
The Showing Assistant will support our lead agents by showing homes to clients assisting with open houses and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for buyers. This role is perfect for someone who is personable detail-oriented and excited to learn more about real estate.
Responsibilities:
Show homes to clients in a timely professional manner
Assist with open houses lockbox access and property tours
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
Provide feedback and updates to lead agents after showings
Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
Support clients by answering basic questions about the home-buying process (training provided)
Qualifications:
Active Arizona Real Estate License
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized punctual and dependable
Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps such as Aligned and Supra e-key
