Job Description
My Place Hotel Davenport IA is looking for an energetic professional and reliable front desk agent to join our team. My Place is a newer hotel concept that allows extended and overnight stay options. Come join our awesome team!
As a front desk agent you will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following job duties.
- Making reservations checking in guests
- Positive friendly guest-focused attitude as the face of the hotel
- Informing guests of hotel features and amenities including local attractions.
- Laundry and public area cleaning duties
Position is 3 PM-11 PM 4 shifts each week
Job Requirements:
- Open availability needed
- Weekend availability required
- Some holidays are required paid time and a half.
- Posted monthly scheduling - flexible schedules as needed
- Must legally be able to work in the United States and pass Background Check
- Basic computer and phone skills needed
- Previous hotel experience preferred but not required.
- Strong work history
