The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year of professional culinary experience with a focus on high-volume restaurants and upscale dining environments. A strong understanding of elevated service standards is essential. This individual will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and the ability to operate efficiently in fast-paced settings. Line Cook experience in open kitchen formats is a plus. A background in large-scale hotel operations is preferred but not required.
Shift Pattern:Full availability is required including weekends and holidays
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

What will I be doing
As a Cook ll you would be responsible for preparing cold food items in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
