Pay Rate/Range: $16/hr
Description: Seeking a temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a local equipment this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role youll be answering incoming calls and helping customers in both English and Spanish. Youll transfer calls to the right team members keep accurate call logs and reports and flag any common issues or trends you notice to your supervisor. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative also pitches in on company projects and help with general admin tasks as needed.
Job Requirements: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish have basic computer skills and be comfortable handling multiple phone calls. Previous customer service call center or receptionist experience is a huge plus.
Job Type: Temporary
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-5:30pm
