We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team and help turn complex business needs into clear actionable this role youll act as the link between stakeholders technical teams and end usersgathering requirements analyzing processes and ensuring that our systems and workflows deliver maximum value. The ideal candidate is curious detail-oriented and skilled at translating business challenges into practical outcomes.
-Business Analysis Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes workflows and systems to identify gaps opportunities and solutions that align with organizational goals.
-Understanding of System Integrations Assess and document how HCM systems interact with other platforms ensuring seamless data flow compatibility and efficiency across integrated solutions.
-Client Relationship Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders fostering trust open communication and collaboration throughout project lifecycles.
-Requirement Analysis Gather document and validate functional and technical requirements ensuring they are clearly understood by development teams and meet stakeholder expectations.
MUST have Human Capital Management (HCM) / project experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
5 years working as Business Analyst
Requirements gathering
Excellent English written and spoken is required.
Analytical thinking is required.
Ability to read and understand a technical specification to build integrations required.
Ability to analyze and determine root cause analysis is a benefit.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Establish acceptance test criteria with client
Support and use the selected departmental methodologies.
Perform business analyses of functional requirements to identify information procedure and decision flows
