Who is your future team

Operations is the backbone of Axis driving our global supply chain sourcing industrialization and manufacturing to meet customer demands throughout the entire product lifecycle. Within Operations Global Supply Chain organization plays a vital role and thats where youll find the Reverse Supply Chain (RSC) function.

The Reverse Supply Chain team is committed to ensuring timely delivery of repairs and replacement units to our customers in the after-market. The responsibilities include developing efficient repair solutions strategically sourcing and planning spare parts inventory and managing a global network of external RMA service partners.

As the Director of Reverse Supply Chain (RSC) you will lead two specialized teams each headed by a manager reporting directly to collaboration with a group of 25 skilled and experienced professionals you will play a key role in shaping the future strategy and direction of Axis global Reverse Supply Chain operations

What will you do here as Reverse Supply Chain Director

As Reverse Supply Chain Director youll be a driving force behind our commitment to customer support and satisfaction. Youll ensure the best and most efficient operations when faulty products under warranty are returned turning challenges into opportunities to strengthen customer trust and loyalty.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Lead coach and develop our talented RSC teams and their managers fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
• Ensure the delivery of world-class Return Material Authorization (RMA) services in close collaboration with external partners and cross-functional teams across Axis global organization.
• Strategically develop our RSC and partner footprint to support our growth ambitions.
• Optimize inventory management of spare parts and replacement units to ensure availability and operational efficiency.
• Commercially manage and develop our global RMA Service Partners.
• Oversee the development of repair solutions in collaboration with R&D.
• Follow up performance and drive improvements projects related to Reverse Supply Chain.
• Actively contribute to the Global Supply Chain Management team.

Who are we looking for/Who are you

Youre a driven and experienced leader with a passion for people and supply chain management. You believe in the power of great teams and have a proven track record of promoting a productive and excellent work environment.

You also have:

• A Masters degree in Engineering or similar.
• Previous management experience with a focus on personnel development.
• Strong communicative skills and enjoy collaborating with diverse cultures.
• Experience in Supply Chain Management within a global environment.
• Good understanding of products and repair technology.
• The ability to navigate successfully within a global structure.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in aftermarket operations within a global electronics manufacturing company.

The role involves some travel (approximately 20 days per year).
