Job Description
Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking Guest Room Attendant Full-Time for the beautiful Barton Creek Resort & Spa!

Responsibilities
- Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards as required by scheduling which will vary according to the needs of the resort.
- Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming which include wearing the proper attire/uniform and name tag when working.
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms including: making beds cleaning bathrooms vacuuming and dusting.
- Restock and replace used items within guest rooms.
- Communicate clean status of each room to office coordinator upon completion.
- Stock supply cart and ensure that it is neat and well organized at all times.
- Check all equipment prior to and after use to ensure that it is in good working order.
- Respond to all hotel guests efficiently and in an appropriately friendly manner.
- Maintain awareness of in-house groups meetings and locations by reviewing dailies in order to answer questions for guests.
- Attend department meetings and company required training.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Previous Housekeeping experience is preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time walk push pull stoop bend and lift items of moderate weight for an entire shift.
