• Experience: We are looking for someone with experience in the kitchen cabinet industry or remodeling kitchens. Cabinet refacing experience is a plus.
• Driving: We need someone with a clean driving record. Driving to customer locations is a critical part of the job.
• Attention to Detail: Delighting customers is part of our mission and this requires strict attention to detail on work performed.
• Sponsorship: Must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Leadership Interest: As a start-up we are looking for someone to grow with us and take on leadership responsibilities as we grow.
• Personable: Working on-site at our customers homes we are looking for someone who can communicate effectively with other team members sub-contractors and customers.

• Flexible Schedule: While our day-to-day work requires attention to business hours we are flexible when people need to schedule activities during work hours as long as we have notice.
