Job Description
OVERVIEW OF COMPANY AND POSITION
Family owned and operated for over 40 years Bob Ruth Ford Inc. is South Central Pennsylvanias fastest growing dealership. The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for upkeep of mowing weeding and other property maintenance activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS (REQUIRED)
- Demonstrated experience in the maintenance and repair of commercial properties
- 2 or more years of prior maintenance/facilities experience
- A familiarity with carpentry painting and related logistical operations
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid Pennsylvania Drivers License
- Ability to work irregular hours which may include evenings bell-to-bell hours and/or Saturdays
JOB REQUIREMENTS (PREFERRED)
- Previous automotive dealership experience
JOB DUTIES
This is a hands-on position responsible for the daily tasks and upkeep of the dealership. Overall this position is directly responsible for effective and efficient building operations including but not limited to:
- Mowing and lawncare of property
- Ensuring the building is up to code with normal repairs painting replacing items etc.
- Repairs
- Construction/carpentry (75% of time)
- Painting
- Other facility enhancements
