Lets Get Down To Business
We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate all structured team ceremonies planning cadences and delivery reporting as defined by the departments Way of Working (WoW).
- Track and report team and department-wide capacity; present figures to management with proposals and follow-up on actions.
- Ensure consistent hygiene and quality of work items in the work management tool (e.g. clear titles proper descriptions correct status usage).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the WoW by identifying inefficiencies and proposing pragmatic enhancements.
- Promote consistency in delivery practices documentation and rituals across teams.
- Support team leads and managers in aligning priorities delivery timelines and reporting standards.

It will be very useful if you have some or all of the following skills and experience:
Background :
- Junior profile: Less than 5 years of experience
Soft skills & Knowledge:
- Dutch & English language proficiency.
- Structured and proactive in coordination and follow-up.
- Strong facilitation and communication abilities.
- Creative and pragmatic mindset to support WoW evolution.
- Comfortable engaging with both technical and business stakeholders.
Good to show us :
- Experience with work management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Familiarity with both iterative (Agile/Scrum) and predictive (Waterfall) delivery approaches.
- Affinity with Power BI for reporting and dashboarding.
- Interest in or knowledge of Security Risk topics within Financial Institutions.
