Job Description
Engineering/Technical Co-Op
IERUS specializes in electromagnetic spectrum technologies and design for RF IR and optical applications. IERUS also supports customers with a diverse set of competencies including software development air and missile defense and systems engineering. IERUS develops value for our defense and commercial customers through accelerations of the technology life cycle: identifying creating transitioning and producing technologies with integrity of purpose and product.
We are currently recruiting full time year-round engineering/technical co-ops to work at our Huntsville AL location. We are accepting applications for graduate and undergraduate students. Our co-ops typically offer experience in Radar Systems Aerospace Systems Avionics Modeling and Simulation Antenna Design and Analysis Software Development and more.
We are currently seeking students pursuing degrees in:
- Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Systems Engineering
- Computer Science
- Physics
- Optics
- Mathematics
- Another related science/technical field
Qualifications:
- Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance
- Currently enrolled in college and obtaining a Bachelor or Master of Science
Requirements:
- Copy of current transcript must be attached when completing application (official transcript is not required)
- Junior standing by the time of the co-op (3rd year of a 4- or 5-year program)
