Job Description
(California Bioenergy LLC has an opening in Dallas TX) Accounting Manager: Oversees the preparation of financial statements including Income Statements Balance Sheets and Cash Flow Statements. Manages the Full Cycle Bookkeeping of the company. Coordinates and manages the month-end and year- end closing processes. Oversees and guides the preparation of Variance Reports Management Reports and Analysis and reporting to Executive Team. Ensures that financial practices and procedures are continuously updated to reflect business changes. Assigns tasks sets goals and evaluates performance for the team. Oversee the preparation of financial statements and review and cross reference financial statements to ensure it meets the GAAP compliance standards and work with External Auditors for Quarterly Statement Reviews and Annual Audited Financial charge of setting budget for financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Oversee and Co- Administrator of Company Accounting Software Application ensuring user controls and compliance requirements. Part of Internal Controls team and work to ensure its implementation and monitoring. Review Internal Controls on Quarterly basis and undertake steps to mitigate non-compliance where detected. Supervises and mentors a team of accountants. Occasional (up to 5%) business travel as needed within the United States.
