Qualifications

• Must be a current Registered Nurse
• Experience in home health hospice palliative care or hospital settings preferably in a leadership role
• Proven nurse management experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Compassionate communication with patients families and staff
• Knowledge of home health regulations OASIS and CMS compliance
• Ability to train and mentor clinical staff

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinical services in the home health program
• Ensure compliance with regulations and agency policies
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Hire train and mentor nursing staff
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor performance documentation and quality outcomes
