Always Best Care of Fairfax provides personalized client-centered care to individuals across Northern Virginia. We are currently seeking acompassionate and experienced CNA or PCA to support a valued recovering client in Springfield VA. This part-time role offers a consistent weekly schedule and the opportunity to build a trusted relationship with a client who values companionship and quality care.
Position Overview
As an Always Best Care of Fairfax Care Professional youll play a vital role in supporting daily living activities and enhancing the clients overall well-being. This includes both personal careandsupportive tasks such as transportation companionship and light housekeeping. Occasional outings to physical therapy doctors appointments and errands are part of the routine so a reliable vehicle and driving comfort are essential.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs and IADLs
- Provide safe and reliable transportation to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report changes in clients condition or behavior
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- CNA license or PCA certificate (preferred)
- Experience supporting clients who are fall risks
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Compassionate dependable and attentive to detail
