AbbottsCardiac Rhythm Management (CRM)division develops advanced technologies that help people with heart rhythm disorders live longer healthier lives. We work closely with healthcare professionals to deliver life-saving therapies and improve patient care through innovation precision and reliability.
AsSr. Sales Administration Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager CRM Nordics & Baltics and the wider team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality administrative compliance event and marketing support. This role requires both independent initiative and strong collaboration skills to help drive revenue growth account engagement and operational excellence across the division.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager and team with projects including planning and coordinating customer meetings and travel.
Support the sales team in organizing trade shows conferences and events including logistics booth setup and promotional materials.
Manage invitations and practical arrangements for events and educational activities acting as a key contact for sales staff and customers.
Ensure all events and initiatives comply with internal and external policies and are properly approved.
Prepare written and digital materials such as reports presentations brochures newsletters and event announcements in collaboration with EMEA MarCom.
Coordinate marketing projects including printed and digital campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders in branding compliance travel and legal.
Manage vendor bids and requests for proposals.
Organize internal and external travel arrangements efficiently and cost-effectively.
Support onboarding of new employees and coordinate internal employee activities.
Handle logistics for customer events including registration and travel.
Manage contracts such as professional service agreements and grants including payment follow-up.
Coordinate Nordic team logistics for congresses (e.g. hotel bookings).
Respond proactively to internal and external requests and issues.
Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
Support the Field Action Team when needed in accordance with applicable SOPs.
Your Profile
Excellent organizational planning and time management skills
Strong team player with effective facilitation and collaboration skills

Results-driven with a sense of urgency and persistence
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
Self-motivated and proactive in initiating and implementing projects
Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of a Nordic or Baltic language is an advantage
