Forensics is a PwC Polands team which includes industry experts and specialists. We help our clients prevent identify and combat economic fraud by means of for example economic investigations or surveying into fraud and corruption. We also specialize in the acquisition and preservation of electronic evidence and forensic data analysis. Clients approach us with a variety of problems our key to solving them and to providing effective support in tackling the crisis is first and foremost our extensive multi-discipline and long-standing experience.

We are looking for:

RegTech Sales Expert

Your future role:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within eDiscovery and Reg/LegalTech.

  • Manage complex sales processes end-to-end.

  • Work with internal teams to deliver tech-based investigative solutions.

  • Strengthen PwCs reputation in digital forensics and legal technology.

  • Drive revenue and ensure strong client partnerships.

Apply if you have:

  • 810 years experience in sales ideally in eDiscovery/LegalTech consulting or with leading platforms (e.g. Relativity One Nuix Magnet Axiom Magnet Verakey Cellebrite software Encase and the functioning of AI tools)

  • Strong understanding of the German and wider European Reg/LegalTech markets.

  • Proven sales skills and ability to build trust with clients.

  • Passion for technology in fraud prevention/litigation.

  • Strategic and practical approach with strong analytical abilities.

  • Excellent German and English (both C1 level).

  • Broad Legal/Compliance market knowledge in Germany and Europe.
