Avionics Software Developer
Specialization: in Electronic Systems Engineering (ESE) /
Designation: Associate Engineer - Systems & test
Avionics Software group focuses on safety critical real time embedded software development and certification for avionics systems.
Description:
The jobholder would have an opportunity to work on some of the most innovative advanced & Next Gen avionics systems like Flight Warning New Generation Glass Cockpit Displays and R&T topics like Connected Aircraft & Disruptive cockpit.
In the context of avionics software development the jobholder is responsible for the development of software components for different aircraft systems.
Main activities:
The jobholder will be responsible for:
Defining software specification
Design and development of the software components
Verification and Validation of the software components
Analysis of issues raised either during testing campaigns (Lab test or Flight test) or aircraft in-service usage
Technical skills required:
Preferred Skills:
Good programming skills (ANSI-C)
Analytical Skills
Additional nice to have Skills/Interests:
Knowledge of microprocessors (x86 PowerPC etc...)
