Compensation/Benefits:

• $15-20 per hour total compensation includes $13/hour base pay tips. Base pay will be determined by position which you applied for and experience/qualifications. $15 per hour minimum for entry-level with zero experience or qualifications

• Free regular size sandwich plus free drink refills each shift

• Closed Easter Thanksgiving and Christmas

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• Must be 16 years of age or older due to equipment age-restrictions

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly manner

• Operate POS system and cash register accurately for transactions

• Handle food with care and follow proper food handling procedures

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the restaurant

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed

• Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation

• Learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant environment

• Participate in both Training Center programs typically Wednesday and Thursday evening from 5:30pm-8:30pm or a Saturday session. The training center is at a different location from where you apply details will be provided after you receive a job offer

• Demonstrate excellent menu and product knowledge

• Desire to improve self and skill sets

• Able to communicate effectively with guests as well as employees and have an awesome personality

• Ability to meet schedule requirements and be a reliable performer

Physical Demands:

• Capability to stand for long periods of time on hard surfaces

• Frequent bending and lifting

• Frequent and repetitive motion of shoulder to operate the slicer (if 18 and older only)

• Be able to lift 20 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
