Process Engineer

Full Time

Dynamic Process Engineer to join our Injection Molding this role youll design optimize and troubleshoot molding processes to ensure safe efficient and high-quality production. Youll play a key role in driving continuous improvement supporting new mold launches and leading technical development for our team.

What you will be doing as a Process Engineer:

Develop maintain and improve injection molding processes

Solve manufacturing and quality issues using root cause analysis

Analyze data to reduce scrap cut cycle time and control costs

Standardize equipment methods and documentation

Support mold trials launches and capital improvement projects

Train and mentor technicians and technical staff

Collaborate with Maintenance Tooling Engineering and Automation teams

What you will need as a Process Engineer:

Bachelors degree in engineering/Technical field (preferred) or Associate degree with experience

3 plus years of relevant work experience.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results
