Primary Responsibilities
60% Partners with sales and operations with financial planning/budgeting forecasting reporting actuals and other budgeting requirements requested by the Manger Financial Analysis for event program revenue and cost.
20% Develops complex financial tools in Excel used to analyze business results and inform decision making. Performs ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling as requested.
20% Develops metrics and identifies key performance indicators to evaluate event performance (budget/forecast/actuals).
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in Finance or equivalent experience required
2. 1-3 years of finance related experience.
3. Advanced Excel and analytical skills required (query and analyze large sets of data).
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills required.
5. Ability to work effectively with others at all levels of the organization.
6. Excellent organizational skills ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Self-motivated able to work unsupervised and independently.
7. Professional oral and written communication skills.
8. Enjoys working in a fast-paced project-based environment
