Position Summary...

What youll do...

Join the Bentonville-based Walmart International legal team as a Senior Analyst Legal reporting to the Senior Lead Counsel International.

The international legal team is based in Bentonville as part of Walmarts International legal team advises the business reporting into Walmarts International CEO supports the market legal teams across a variety of workstreams; and oversees the governance and mitigation of material risks for the international work of this legal team is diverse and therefore this role will provide a broad range of support across tasks which range from administrative to more intricate and role has a reporting structure under the Senior Lead Counsel and supports all attorneys on the team.

Location: This position will be fully onsite in Bentonville AR

Youll make an impact by:

• Providing support by managing legal processes; collecting entering and maintaining legal information in various legal systems including contract and file management.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders (including scheduling of meetings across numerous attendees); providing status updates; managing the sequencing of next steps and organizational issues on multi-faceted workstreams.
• Tracking and maintaining an inventory of routine updates and processes across areas like invoicing and basic corporate entity administration.
• Helping draft operationalize and update standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Assisting attorneys with legal research and analysis by identifying necessary information; helping attorneys ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Drafting proofreading and updating presentations reports templates and business communications.
• Supporting the administrative needs of the legal team including preparing expense reports invoice review budgeting assisting with travel arrangements obtaining signatures to finalize documents to be mailed etc.

• You are organized detail-oriented able to effectively juggle multiple competing priorities and can drive progress on projects with minimal supervision.
• You have previous experience working in a legal department or in a similar fast-pace professional environment.
• You are flexible and self-sufficient.
• You have strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• You are comfortable with technology and how to leverage tools to improve processes.
• Although not required it would be an asset if you have language abilities in Mandarin Spanish Portuguese or other foreign languages.

Minimum Qualifications: 2 years work experience in a professional or administrative office or legal environment.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00-$63.00*

*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule facility season or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
