Job Summary
TheBDC Representative at Serra CDJR Lake Orion plays a vital role in providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls emails and inquiries related to sales and service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and prioritize customer leads to ensure timely follow-up
- Schedule appointments for customers interested in test drives or service appointments
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
