The Engineering/Maintenance Technician I Investigates building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements maintenance programs and evaluations. Performs as technical leader on installations and upgrades to Facilities systems. This work is performed under the general supervision of the Engineering Project Manager and under the technical oversight of engineers.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5 years related work experience with each year of accredited education being worth 1 year of work experience.
- Advanced current knowledge of seven specialties listed below as well as the relevant local state federal and regulatory stipulations and codes

Salary Range: Minimum 28.47/hour - Maximum 47.00/ will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
